Looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals to join our corporate team, helping licensed life insurance agents take their business to the next level!
Qualities:
- High energy
- Coachable
- Can handle fast pace
- Personable (dealing with people)
- Experience on the phone working with people
- College degree (preferred --- not a “must”)
- Organizational skills
Duties:
- 5 hours on the phone every day you’re in the office
- Coaching life insurance agents through writing more business and hiring more agents
- Attend all corporate events (National Conventions, Instant Thunder, etc.)
- Willing to travel and host meetings
- Willing to obtain a life insurance license and write personal business outside of your 8am-5pm responsibilities
Compensation:
- Hourly/salary
- Commissions on personal production
