YOUR LIFE AS A CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST
This position has full time hours; the requirements are, can work with Dogs & Cats, Has reliable transportation, Is an experienced Caregiver (CNA is preferred but extensive PCA experience is acceptable), You will be working with Clients and Covering shifts, Able to perform training with other caregivers, Willing to work nights and weekend as needed through on-call coverage, scheduling experience is a plus but not necessary, management experience is a plus but not necessary.
As a Client Services Specialist, you get to help seniors stay in their own homes and live with independence and dignity. You will train and oversee the quality service of our caregivers providing services to our clients such as assist with meals, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and appointments. While those tasks are important, you also provide companionship and socialization, as you support them in visiting with friends, attending events, or working on hobbies. You make sure that they are mentally stimulated, physically active, and well-nourished, encouraging independence as much as possible.
You also make sure that their homes are safe environments, reducing the likelihood of accidents and promoting a timely response to illness. You are meticulous about reporting any changes or concerns promptly. In this way, you provide real peace of mind for them and their families. Studies have shown that those who live at home and retain their independence are happier, healthier, and tend to live longer. And, you feel great about facilitating this for seniors through the part you play in our excellent home care services program!

- Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Vaccinated for Covid19, in the process of getting vaccinated, or willing to be vaccinated
A valid certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification is preferred but not required. Prior in-home care experience is also preferred but not required.
