About Us : Always Best Care Senior Services is dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care for seniors. We believe our caregivers are our most valuable asset, and we're looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our team and support our senior community.Position Overview : As a Care Professional, you will provide vital in-home personal care services to seniors in the Nashville / Brentwood / Franklin Areas. Your role will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve.Primary Responsibilities :
- Assist seniors with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and family members.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document services provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 19 years or older.
- Valid Driver's License, active car insurance required.
- At least ONE YEAR of caregiving experience
- Preferred : Updated TB skin test (Always Best Care will reimburse the cost)Caregiver Benefits :
