Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and foster strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies for lead generation.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and present findings to senior management.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Experience in strategic planning and market analysis is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
