Case Details:
- Location: Mastic Beach, N.Y.
- Pay Rate: $45/hour
- Schedule: The current available shifts are:
Monday 7 PM-11 PM
Tuesday7 PM-11 PM
Thursday 7 AM-7 PM
Saturday 7 PM-11 PM
Sunday 7 AM-11 PM
Patient Needs:
- 1 year old little boy
- Trach, G-tube, diagnosed with PROS lymphatic malformation
- Requires oxygen when sick and sometimes when sleeping
- Learning to eat by mouth (nurse must be comfortable with oral feeds)
- FAMILY IS LOOKING FOR A NON-SMOKING NURSE
Qualifications/Education:
- At least 1 year of RN experience in a home setting
- RN license and registration
- NPI #
- Malpractice Insurance
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR titers
