Case Details:
Location: Melville, N.Y.
Pay Rate: $45/hour
Schedule: Fri & Sat 8:00PM-8:00AM
Patient Needs:
- 16 year old male
- Blindness
- Developmental delays
- Hypotonia
- Dysphagia
- Cerebrospinal
Qualifications/Education:
- At least 1 year of RN experience in a home setting
- RN license and registration
- NPI #
- Malpractice Insurance
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical, QuantiFERON within a year
- MMR titers
