We're seeking a proficient Data Entry Clerk who will be responsible for playing a crucial role in ensuring our database contains accurate and current information that's readily accessible. We anticipate you to be adept with computers, a quick typist, and meticulous in your work. An understanding of data confidentiality principles is essential. Duties:
Responsible for data entry receiving/repacking entries into system and related charges.
Responsible for inputting intercompany charges
Assist with research and filing
Collect data from the database or electronic files as requested
Reconcile and report any discrepancies found
Support the accounting team as needed.
Prepare and complete reports and projects as requested on an ad-hoc basis
Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks and to manage time effectively
Work effectively and efficiently in cross-functional departments including sales, operations, logistics, shipping and receiving
Skills/Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent
Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word, Excel, etc.
Fast typing skills with close attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Punctual, and consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime, nights and weekends if needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills; with responsive feedback at all times.
Must be able to read, speak, and write in English
