Staffing Coordinator

Immediate Full-time for the following positions available in our Paterson, NJ Branch.

Staff Coordinator

Must be Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Must have good presentation and communication skills.

Full-Time Position, hours required are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM

Position is permanent.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Assist in onboarding new staff members and providing necessary training.
- Manage staff schedules and update as needed.
- Communicate effectively with staff members to address any concerns or issues.
- Utilize computer skills to input and track staff schedules.
- Collaborate with management to optimize staff efficiency and performance.

Qualifications
- Computer skills, Customer service, and Administrative experience are essential for this role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and calendar management is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
