Job Description:
As a Recruiter at Best Home Care, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. You will focus on recruiting healthcare professionals who can provide high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of our diverse client base. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling us to effectively communicate and cater to a broader demographic.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy to meet the staffing needs of Best Home Care.
- Develop and post job ads that accurately reflect the roles and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses the needs of clients in various care scenarios.
- Conduct background checks and verify certifications and references.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Coordinate with management to forecast future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns regarding employment
- Staffing /Scheduling Caregivers with/to Assigned Patients
- Document all notes in software based system
- Calling caregivers/patients to verify attendance
- Report and document any incidents to Management
- Maintain accurate schedule data in the software based system
- Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by Best Home Care
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably in healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
