Rental Golf Cart Manager
Always Ready Cars, a fully authorized Club Car golf cart dealer, is seeking a dynamic and organized Seasonal Golf Cart Rental Operations Manage to oversee our rental operations and ensure exceptional service for vacationing customers. The successful candidate will have:
Leadership and Management Skills
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate seasonal staff
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising employees
- Ability to create work schedules and manage payroll for seasonal workers
Customer Service Excellence
- Exceptional customer service skills to oversee inquiries, reservations, and resolve issues
Technical Knowledge and Operational Skills
- Familiarity with golf cart operations, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Experience in fleet management and inventory control
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using rental management software and point-of-sale systems
- Skilled in cart maintenance and routine repairs
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools.
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
Problem Solving
- Quick thinking and critical thinking skills to oversee unexpected issues
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and peak rental period
Attention to Detail
- Meticulous diligence in maintaining rental records, ensuring cart cleanliness, and managing inventory
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to operate and transport golf carts, including loading and unloading from trailers
- Ability to work on foot most of the day, work on the floor getting up and down, lift 50 lbs., push, and move carts that are not running.
- Physical stamina to work long hours, especially during peak rental periods
Additional Qualities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Basic financial management skills for overseeing transactions and maintaining records

Compensation for the 6 months of March through August is $27,500 to $37,500 depending upon skills and experience.
