Rental Coordinator

• Oversee all aspects of the golf cart rental business, including rental fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
• Monitor and manage rental inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of golf carts for reservations and minimizing downtime.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and handle or forward complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and manage golf cart rental reservations, including processing bookings, assigning carts, and scheduling pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Maintain accurate rental records, ensuring proper documentation and payment processing..
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract customers and maximize rental revenue.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase awareness and generate rental leads.
• Analyze rental trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines in rental operations.
• Regularly inspect rental equipment for safety and maintenance purposes.
• Utilize inventory control processes to track and manage rental equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of rental fleet to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule routine inspections, services, and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, sales, and administration, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and coordinate with golf course management, event organizers, and other stakeholders as necessary.
