Duties

- Analyze customer inquiries to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document interactions with clients in our computerized system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
- Assist in training new representatives as needed.
Skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Strong office skills, including proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
