Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and packaging of products, ensuring that all items meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, mechanical knowledge, and adherence to FDA regulations and CGMP practices.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring secure and safe handling.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Utilize hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with CGMP practices is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is highly desirable.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is beneficial.
- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply logic controllers in operational processes.
