What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Worker 2nd Shift position at Fill Right Packaging?
We are hiring entry-level production workers for our evening shift from 4:15pm - 9:30pm (Monday - Thursday).
· Perform production line work for the assembly of household cleaning products.
· Ensure quality of product using standard operation procedures.
· Ability to stand for a minimum of a 5-hour shift and maintain steady even workflow of the line.
· Perform work in all areas of production, with limited supervision and possibly limited relocation on the line.
· Must follow all company safety rules, including but not limited to, wearing safety glasses or other necessary safety measures needed to prevent injuries.
· Must follow all plant/work rules and supervisory instructions.
· Must be able to lift and move finished product weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Frequent physical lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping.
· Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
· Perform other production duties as instructed by your supervisor.
· Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Starting Pay: $18 an hour - Paid weekly on Friday
