Family in Miami Beach, Florida is hiring a Houseman Thursday - Monday; Thursday. Friday & Monday: 2pm - 10pm; Saturday & Sunday: 8am -10pm (depending on schedule)
Schedule may vary from season to season, depending on seasonal projects in home.
Responsibilities: weekdays - check in with housekeepers to see what they need help with, check living spaces, bathrooms, chef kitchen, club room & guest rooms in the second house, make sure gym is clean, organized and stocked in third house, stocking & beverage fridges, set table for dinner & serve, check/freshen bedrooms & bathrooms in evenings, organize dinner when chef is off. Care for dogs, close outside areas, close up the house in the evenings. Help with laundry and ironing as needed, run errands and drive primary as needed. Weekends: Care for dogs, clean up from night before, help nannies with kids breakfast in mornings, open/close outside areas, check bedrooms/bathrooms, set tables, serve brunch/dinner on weekends, assist guests as needed, drive & errands, launder pool and gym towels, change sheets if needed. Organize, clean primaries closet. Must be open to travel some in the summer when needed. 100k per year, guaranteed 40 hrs per week, health, dental insurance and 401k.
