Private Nanny

Job Title: Full-Time Nanny – Live-Out

Location: Upper Saddle River, NJ
Schedule: 2-3 weekdays (3 PM - 9 PM) & weekends (10 AM - 8 PM or 10 PM) 5 days per week, 40-50 hours per week
Compensation: $35 per hour PTO/Vacation & additional pay for travel/overnights
Travel: Must be able to travel internationally and domestically (Australia, Dubai, etc.)

Family Overview:
A creative family is seeking a dedicated and energetic nanny for their two children—an 8-year-old daughter who loves dancing, tech and creative activities and a 4-year-old fun loving son. The ideal candidate will be active, educationally focused, and able to encourage growth and productivity while researching and creating engaging experiences for both children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and engage in creative, educational, and active activities tailored to each child's interests
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment, particularly for the shy 8-year-old
• Assist with after-school routines, including school pick-ups, homework help, and meal preparation
• Travel with the family 3-4 times a year on tour, both domestically and internationally
• Ensure children's safety in all environments, including swimming supervision
• Maintain consistency in routines while fostering independence and confidence
• Communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English a plus not a deal breaker
• Strong background in childcare with a focus on engaging, hands-on activities
• Must be comfortable with frequent travel and have a valid passport
• Ability to swim and supervise children in the water
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Experience working with creative and artistic children is a plus
