Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Must know PEP
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting callers with inquiries or reservations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing paperwork and guest files.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
