BIM / CAD Coordinator
This position would require onsite support.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the design process and act as a conduit between the engineers, database teams, VDC team, and construction team to facilitate central design.
- Primary responsibilities would involve requesting POC assignments and electrical circuits with the database team.
- Work with client engineers to review drawings and provide insight on constructability.
- Conduct field walks to verify POC availability and lead design kick-off walks.
- Coordinate with the construction team to create design schedules and lead field walks.
- Assist in reviewing 3D models against intended design.
Position Requirements and Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
