AMTS is looking for a few dedicated Semiconductor Construction - Tool Install Routing Coordinators to join our team in Manassas, VA!
Routing Coordinators will follow pre-determined guidelines to manage routing zones, block pop-outs, and prevent interference with equipment, electrical panels, safety showers, and more. The role involves ensuring that routing does not impede safety egress, walking paths, or overhead requirements, and does not block the routing of future facilities. If there is a need to break the routing guidelines, the coordinator will be responsible for contacting the appropriate parties for approval and resolution. The coordinator will also ensure that all stakeholders are committed to keeping the routing clean.
Responsibilities :
- Train trade contractors on the Routing Rule.
- Schedule field walks after IFC with trades to review routing rules and how they pertain to each individual tool install. Resolve issues during field walks to avoid conflicts during construction.
- Meet with contractors daily to go over their routing plan for the day.
- Oversee and assist in finding solutions to routing concerns.
- Provide a single point of contact for communication on routing concerns.
- Attend routing meetings, including individual tool pre-construction walkdowns, if needed.
- Attend design clash resolution meetings.
- Communicate routing rules to all trade contractors for all tool installs.
- Enforce routing rules so all tool services stay in designated zones as outlined in specifications and drawings and are installed safely.
- Resolve routing rule issues between trades.
- Provide basic routing zone models based on field conditions as installation / rework progresses.
