Roles and Responsibilities
The TAB Technician will be able to review project/system drawings and specification data for facilities systems that provide HVAC services to the manufacturing facility and support areas.
Position Requirements
New Tool and support equipment installation
- Activate/deactivate temporary exhaust
- Rough balance (exhaust)
- Final balance (exhaust)
- Tool exhaust adjustment balance
- Complete reports documenting activities and settings.
System support checks and inspections
- Complete periodical flow and pressure checks (PMs)
- Conduct internal inspections of systems with the use of a borescope
- Investigate/Troubleshoot system concerns or issues.
Systems
- Air delivery system balancing
- Process exhaust and vacuum system balancing
- Hydronic system balancing (Heating water, Chilled water, Condenser water, Process Water, City water)
Reporting Requirements
Create and file all reports in accordance with the procedures governing the TAB activity
