Am-Tran Courier Service is currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview : Full-Time Customer Service / Dispatcher, Monday - Friday, 11 : 30 - 20 : 00

As a Customer Service / Dispatcher, you will be a vital link between our clients and our delivery team. You will manage incoming customer inquiries, coordinate and dispatch courier drivers, monitor delivery status, maintain accurate records, and utilize software to optimize delivery routes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming customer, driver and teammate inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate and dispatch courier drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery status and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Utilize dispatch and tracking software to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for clients regarding our services and technology.
