Procurement Specialist
Manages procurement functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining compliance with project requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and issue RFPs aligned with project specifications.
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contract terms.
- Coordinate procurement processes and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Supply chain experience working with the RFP/Bid process, contract development/negotiation and execution.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail oriented with effective organization and coordination skills.
