Key Responsibilities:

Deliver seamless service while enhancing both the client experience and check averages.

Educate clients on the sourcing, nourishment, and sustainability behind our menu, fostering an understanding of our values.

Guide clients through a slow, intentional dining experience that fosters connection and long-term loyalty.

Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure the financial success and smooth operations of the house.

Engage in private events and special experiences, expanding income potential beyond regular shifts.

Master Ama’s caffè service, ensuring proficiency in making high-quality espresso beverages at speed.

Uphold company policies, service standards, and guest engagement principles.
Qualifications & Experience:

1 year of serving experience in a full-service or fine-casual dining environment preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.
