Job Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care. Duties: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications and assist with medical treatments as directed - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Assist with meal planning and preparation - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up - Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care Experience: - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required - Knowledge of airway management, IV infusion, gastric lavage, and medical office procedures is a plus - Familiarity with Cerner or other electronic medical records systems is beneficial - Experience working with seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or pediatric patients is desirable Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
