The Administrator for Amada Senior Care Naples is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization, ensuring compliance with state regulations, overseeing client services, staff management, financial performance, and contributing to the growth of the agency. We provide non-medical home care services in Naples, Ft. Myers, and the surrounding areas.
Essential Functions:
o Help us to achieve our Florida licensure for non-medical home care
· Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and client service coordination.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, taking corrective actions as needed.
· Staff Oversight: Hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring adequate orientation and continuous development.
· Client Services: Oversee client intake and ensure accurate care plans and service delivery.
· Financial Management: Implement budgeting and accounting systems to ensure financial sustainability.
· Liaison Duties: Serve as a liaison between the governing body, staff, and external partners.
· Contract Management: Arrange and negotiate services provided through vendor contracts.
Job Requirements:
o One year of supervisory experience in home healthcare or licensed facility
o Completed and clear Florida level 2 background check
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage daily operations, comply with regulatory requirements, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
Working Conditions:
· Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client locations.
· Availability: The Administrator must be available during operating hours and for emergency situations.
