Join us and play a critical role in helping a non-medical home care company obtain its Texas Home Care License and grow its business! This is a per diem position with limited hours to start, but it has the potential to grow into a full-time role after licensure is obtained. SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE!

Your Impact:
As our Administrator or Alternate Administrator, you will work directly with ownership to establish and expand our agency. You will be instrumental in helping us obtain our Texas Home Care License and ensuring we meet all state compliance regulations for our clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be a driving force in obtaining our Texas Home Care License!
· Complete 8 hours of Texas Administrator Training within 7 days of accepting the role.
· Achieve Home Care Licensure within 30 days of submitting the application.
· Serve as the liaison between Texas regulatory agencies, ownership, staff, caregivers and clients.
· Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of caregivers to ensure compliance with state regulations.
· Manage caregiver scheduling and client assessments in homes or assisted living facilities.
· Represent AMADA Senior Care Gainesville, TX at networking events and community activities.

· Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills.
· Experience in office management or administration in a health-related setting.
· Tech-savvy (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant applications).
· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications (One of the Following Must Apply):
Option 1: High school diploma/GED 1 year of experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Option 2: 2 years of full-time study in a health-related field at an accredited college/university.
Option 3: Licensed Physician, RN, Social Worker, Therapist, or Nursing Home Administrator 1 year of management/supervisory experience in a health-related setting.
Option 4: High school diploma/GED 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a health-related setting.
