Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to maintaining resident rights and adhering to HIPAA regulations while delivering direct support in a home or community care setting.
Responsibilities
- Must be able to work every, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8a-8p or 8p-8a
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Monitor and document vital signs and any changes in the client's condition.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
- Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Observe and report any significant changes in the client’s physical or emotional health to appropriate personnel.
Experience
- Previous experience 5 years in caregiving or direct support roles
- Familiarity with patient observation techniques and home community care practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality is essential.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are critical for success in this role.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
