Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred in sales/marketing or related business field.
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in health care industry
- A proven track record of relationship-based selling, account management, and goal achievement.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
- Initiative to work independently. Self-confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented. Has a competitive spirit!
- Strong technology skills ( Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Mapping software, smartphone, Etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours as responsibilities may dictate.
- Must possess a valid drivers license, a dependable and insured automobile and a clean DMV record.
Responsibilities:
- Market to new and established referral sources and effectively design and execute a 5-day call cycle within a specified geographical area.
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to educate them on our services and sign them up to be clients.
- Submit weekly KPI report and log all calls into CRM daily.
- Daily follow-up on all active and pending inquires.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the senior care space and attend community based events.
- Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with various people and organizations.
- Support AMADAS mission statement and Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
