Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and following up on company-generated leads. You will leverage the strength of 7th Level Marketing's comprehensive services to provide clients with the best solution to grow their businesses.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales, setting appointments, and closing deals. Your role will directly impact our clients' success and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, and following up on leads generated by the company.
- Meet weekly targets for setting appointments and closing deals.
- Present and sell 7th Level Marketing’s services, including web design, digital advertising, inbound lead generation, direct-mail campaigns, and our outsourced sales reps.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies.
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasted revenue.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Pay: Bi-weekly salary, offering financial stability.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn 15% commission on all sales, with no limit on earning potential.
- Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Deal Size: Our average deal size is $8,200, and our lowest-producing sales rep closes 2 deals per week.
- Work Flexibility: Work from home every day except Mondays, when you'll participate in team sales meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B, cold calling, or service-based industries.
- Ability to meet or exceed weekly targets for setting appointments and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn and succeed.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A positive attitude, competitive spirit, and a passion for sales.
- Ability to work remotely and attend in-person meetings on Mondays.
