Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage front desk email communication.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Ensure office supplies and front desk materials are stocked and well-maintained.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
