What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Care Advisor position at Amada Senior Care?
AMADA’s Senior Care Advisor is primarily responsible for client census and revenue growth of AMADA Senior Care. The Senior Care Advisor will work directly with senior healthcare community professionals to educate seniors and their families in helping them make the best care choice for their loved ones as well as identifying funding solutions to pay for care.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales / marketing or related business field.
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in healthcare industry.
- A proven track record of relationship-based selling, account management and goal achievement.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
- Has initiative to work independently. Is self-confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented. Has a competitive spirit!
- Strong technology skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, mapping software, smartphone, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admission responsibilities may dictate.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a dependable and insured automobile and a clean DMV record.
