Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a car or van daily over designated rural and mountainous routes.
- Transport students, faculty, and parents to special events, meeting departure and arrival times as scheduled.
- Maintain good order among students on the cars or vans and while waiting at bus stops.
- Fuel cars and vans, check oil and fluid levels, and perform minor seat repairs.
- Administer first aid to students and provide special care and assistance to handicapped passengers.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid California Driver's License.
- Knowledge of California Motor Vehicle Code, California Education Code, and current city and district regulations.
- Ability to maintain cars and vans in a clean and safe condition.
