Job Role:
As the Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will report directly to the President of Sales. You will be responsible for bringing in new business, prospecting, appointment setting, cold calling, and increasing the lead flow to our Sales Team. Your day to day will be establishing different Enterprise Target Accounts, prospecting for decision makers, cold calling, and getting clear appointments for our Sales Team Account Executives. You'll explain product knowledge to potential clients, qualify, and field any questions.
The Enterprise SDR is on a clear upgrade-path to our Account Executive Role. OTE of AE's at Amalfi Jets is $80,000 - $150,000 USD. Timeframe for upgrade is 6-8 months, pending performance. AE's earn $67K base plus commission. OTE listed here.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM, In-office in Westlake Village, CA (Hybrid or remote work is not permitted under any circumstances.)

Responsibilities/Roles:
- Establish target accounts and sales strategy with Sales & Executive Teams
- Prospect / Cold Email / Cold Call to set appointments for our Sales Teams
- Utilize ZoomInfo to prospect data for target company accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities for new business in new markets and companies
- Work alongside an AE to set appointments for our jet card program
- Bring in new leads and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field
- 1 year of experience in a Sales / BDR / SDR Role
- Previous Sales / Prospecting / Cold Calling Experience
- Yearning for growth within our company
Compensation:
- $20 USD per hour / 40 Hours A Week In-Office
- $65,000 - 85,000 USD OTE per year
- Commission on Appointments Set / Deals Closed Permissions
- Company Paid Health Insurance, Dental, & Vision / 100% of Premiums Covered by the Company
- 15 Days PTO per Year, 30 Days Accrual Cap
