QUALIFICATIONS
The Guest Services Coordinator coordinates all transportation for the resort, seeks rates and books charterd flights in helicopter and plane scenarios, handles all logistics of these flights, and manages the daily transportation requests for guests and ensures drives and vehicles are available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Seek out private charter rates for Helicopters and Private Planes. Assist in all functions of the chartering process
- Plan out daily events of the transportation department ensuring there is adequate coverage for drivers and vehicles
- Ensure drivers are trained in safety for driving company vehicles
- Ensure all drivers are trained on drop off and pick up locations around the area
- Satisfying guests needs and exceeding guests expectations by projecting a positive hotel image and ensuring the guests are pleased with their stay, is our #1 priority
- Maintaining a presence at the entrance and opening the entrance doors for guests arriving and departing
- Communicating within Front Office and all other departments efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain a clear driving record
- Must have good verbal and written skills and knowledge of the local area
- Must be able to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
