Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer and Project Manager located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Designer and Project Manager will be responsible for creating and overseeing interior design projects, which includes space planning, preparing construction drawings, submittals, and collaborating with architects. The role also involves managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Skills in Space Planning, Construction Drawings, and Submittals
- Experience in Architecture and Interior Design
- Project Management skills including budgeting and timeline management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Certification from NCIDQ or equivalent is a plus
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
