We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to assist in growing the United States Division of a Global B2B Dental Manufacturing Business.
The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and lead our marketing efforts, build brand awareness, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Communications : Lead the development and execution of the marketing communication plan that aligns with business objectives.
- Content Development : Manage and execute content development for advertising, press relations, graphics, videography, imagery, and website development that aligns with overall business strategies. Develop content that increases brand awareness, differentiates our solutions in the market, builds trust within our industry, and engages the target audience to act with the support of internal subject matter experts.
- Digital Marketing : Execute digital marketing strategies, social media, email marketing, and content creation for websites and landing pages.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Brand & Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to support business objectives and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Brand Integrity : Ensure consistent brand standards across individual product brands in all mediums, including print, digital, documentation, machinery, apparel, and more.
- Trade Show(s) and Event Support : Support business unit trade show team with ensuring overall content and strategy supports business unit and brand goals. This role will drive trade show campaigns, content creation, advertising, and digital marketing efforts for brand trade shows.
- Analyze Performance : Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
Qualifications :
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salaried position : the work schedule is 5 days to be at the office, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
Travel
Approximately 10% of travel is required. Travel requirements will vary and may comprise visits with KOLs, co-riding with sales team members, and attendance at dental conferences or meetings. Weekend and international travel may also be required.
