Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of menus, ensuring creativity and seasonal relevance.
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Amante's high standards.
  • Maintain inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective kitchen operations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Handle any issues that arise during service, ensuring a smooth operation.

  • Strong background in food service management with a focus on culinary excellence.
  • Proven experience in kitchen management and team leadership.
  • Proficient in inventory control and food management practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork among kitchen staff.
