- Maintain inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Handle any issues that arise during service, ensuring a smooth operation.
