- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, introduce yourself offer them water, tea, or the restroom key, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Must have flexible schedule, open to working morning, closing, weekdays, and / or weekend shifts. Retail and service commissions.
