The Santa Lucia Preserve is a private community dedicated to appreciating and respecting the area’s natural beauty, geography, history, and cultural setting. The Preserve's 20,000 acres are home to a lively community of just under 300 families and a team of talented staff. Our Gatehouse at 1 Rancho San Carlos Road is just a few minutes from Highway 1 in Carmel. A scenic, winding road takes you into the heart of the Preserve in just 20 minutes.
At the Santa Lucia Preserve, our main priority is to deliver exceptional service with grace and professionalism, demonstrating our commitment to genuinely care for and exceed the expectations of our members and their guests. As Concierge your primary focus will be on facilitating the Member & Guest experience at The Preserve.
Duties include:
- Meet and greet all members, guests and visitors
- Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures and all associated services, including necessary payments
- Work with all departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Continually learn members' names, like and dislikes.
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to serve
Experience:
- 5 years experience in the hospitality and customer service industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use a variety of computer applications
- Excellent organization, administrative, and prioritizing skills
- Detail-oriented
- Professional attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of local community, area, and region
