Qualifications
Must be 18 years of ageMeet the assisted living requirements for criminal history screeningPass Abuse Registry Check (where applicable)Pass required drug / alcohol screeningsHave adequate education, relevant training, or experience to provide for the needs of the residentsPhysical Requirements
This is a physically active positionAbility to walk continually throughout the dayPush and pull wheelchairs and other equipment up to 300 poundsPhysical ability to assist residents weighing from 70-290 poundsVisual and auditory acuity within normal limitsBending, kneeling, and occasionally reaching above shoulder level and carrying up to 25 poundsAbility to use office equipmentAdditional Requirements
Sincere interest in providing quality, compassionate, and innovative services for seniorsAbility to understand the policies and procedures of the Community including emergency plansFollow mandatory reporting requirements and Resident RightsAbility to work as part of a teamGood verbal and written communication skills.
