Job Summary:
Amare is seeking a HR Manager to support our Human Resources department to lead and support our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, helping to shape a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage and improve employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program in partnership with finance and external providers
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Nurture a positive working environment and promote company values and culture
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process end-to-end
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience as HR Manager or other similar roles
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
