Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's international goals
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes for international positions
- Serve as a point of contact for international employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment issues
- Collaborate with local management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in each country
- Implement performance management systems to support employee development and retention
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture globally
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts effectively
- Analyze HR metrics and reporting to inform decision-making
- Support training and development programs for international teams
- Facilitate communication between headquarters and international offices regarding HR-related matters
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, especially in an international context
- Strong knowledge of international employment laws and regulations
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee relations in a global setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual skills are preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally as required by the role
