Amare Global is searching for a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain who will oversee inventory for finished goods and components across various locations in the US and globally. This person will ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered on time by working closely with contract manufacturers. The role involves using MRP systems to keep inventory accurate and coordinating with different teams to meet operational goals. They will also look for ways to cut transportation costs, maintain supply chain software, ensure data accuracy, and adopt new technologies to boost efficiency. Please note that this position is located in Mahwah, NJ and this person will be required to work onsite, Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm.

- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals and industry best practices
- Analyze data to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and minimize costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment in demand planning and supply execution
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as necessary
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality control measures throughout the supply chain
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship and support
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in supply chain management
- Support new product launches and ensure timely availability of materials
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies
- Experience with the procurement key modes Ocean, Air (non-parcel), Truckload and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) both internationally and domestically
- Experience in the health, wellness, or consumer goods industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
