What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Amarillo Country Club?
The Amarillo Country Club is looking for Banquet/Event Servers and Bartenders. Job responsibilities would be to performs related banquet set-up and break-down tasks. Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating them. Take beverage orders and serve food in specified station. Pour and refill wine, coffee, water and other beverages served with and after the meal. Clear soiled dishes as needed. Clean all assigned work areas in kitchen and banquet areas. Advise supervisor of any member or guest complaints as soon as they occur. Assist in closing functions such as removing linen, bussing glasses, dishes, silverware, etc., and re-setting the room for the next function. Attend staff meetings including pre-service sessions. Consistently follows all food safety-related requirements. Completes other appropriate assignments made by the Banquet Captain.
