Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing restoration projects from inception to completion, with a primary focus on insurance-related water and fire damage restoration projects. The Restoration Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project, including coordinating with clients, assessing damage, developing restoration plans, managing budgets and timelines, and supervising restoration crews to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage restoration projects, including water and fire damage restoration, from start to finish.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop comprehensive restoration plans.
- Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient handling of insurance claims and approvals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and manpower to execute restoration projects effectively.
- Supervise restoration crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, work orders, and invoices.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and regulations related to water and fire damage restoration.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- IICRC certification in water damage restoration and fire and smoke restoration preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
