We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team and assist with administrative duties, manage content creation, coordinate marketing campaigns, and conduct market research. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in the marketing field.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year or less of marketing experience and possess a diverse skill set that includes project management, social media marketing, and vendor management. This role requires a self-starter who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and is comfortable working evenings and weekends for event marketing support. Requirements :
Bachelors degree in marketing or related field from an accredited university (Preferred).
1 year or less of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and content creation materials.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools, particularly Meta.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and an independent thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends (as needed for events).
Experience in conducting marketing research and analyzing data is a plus.
