We try many cases a year across Texas. Our firm handles catastrophic injury cases, truck wrecks, insurance claims (i.e., hailstorm, windstorm), car wrecks, work injuries, mass torts, and product liability.

Responsibilities
- Request final client expense reports from accounting department and cross reference to case management software (Needles); Discuss any case expense discrepancies with case manager.
- Meet with Senior Medical Reductions Clerk weekly to discuss any pending liens preventing case close outs
- Works with LOP providers to request appropriate reductions on all settled cases assigned to Settlement Closing Coordinator
- Prepares settlement breakdowns for accounting review and sends to clients once approved by accounting
- Prepare files for close out by following the Closing SOP
- Provide updates to clients on settlement and reductions on all assigned cases and follows Client Contact SOP for returning client calls
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish – No Exceptions)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of personal injury experience (mandatory and non-negotiable)
- Experience with Needles case management software preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
