Amaro's Table is thrilled to be opening a new location in Castle Rock this fall (2024), and we're looking for skilled and passionate line cooks to join our growing team! If you enjoy cooking scratch-made food in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Experience in the Kitchen: Previous cooking experience is essential, particularly in a scratch kitchen. We’re looking for cooks who know their way around a busy kitchen and can work efficiently during peak hours.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are upheld
- Assisting with prep work and station setup as needed
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure and efficiency
