Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing Salesforce Development to the AMAROK Sales and Marketing Team, with support from the IT Salesforce Platform Administrator and the extended Salesforce Team. This includes creating complex workflows & triggers, APEX development, complex validation rules, and Lightning Web Components. Significant experience supporting a dynamic, highly performing, fast growing Sales team on Sales Cloud is required, including a strong understanding of current best practices. Wider development experience with additional languages, integration, and other possible adjacent platforms is a significant plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users, managing support calls in order of urgency and escalating calls where needed.
- Perform basic Salesforce Administration (User & Security management, data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc).
- Build and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards and other Salesforce objects and functions.
- Execute requirements analysis and documentation with the business to create functional specifications.
- Research Salesforce and related products as needed; assist with selection, provide integration, delivery, and third level technical support.
- Develop a deep understanding of company data and processes. Work with business groups to add new and optimize existing processes, workflows, and customizations.
- Maintain technical documentation, assist with test plans & scripts. Perform system testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
