Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a key link between our customers and service technicians, you will ensure each guest receives a seamless, professional, and positive experience. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Listen and document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms accurately.
- Provide clear, transparent estimates and explain service recommendations.
- Work closely with service technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure accurate timelines.
- Keep customers informed of service updates, timelines, and costs.
- Provide a positive handoff when repairs are completed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs.
- Maintain strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by delivering exceptional service.
- Assist in managing service appointment schedules to optimize shop efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Experience with DMS systems (CDK) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with technicians, managers, and peers to drive results.
